- Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page based on the items in your order and their destination.
- Orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping, with the following conditions. This offer applies only to parcels with a maximum weight of 5 kg. Please note that heavier items may be excluded from the free shipping policy.
- If your order includes multiple products, please contact us for assistance in optimizing your shipping rates.
Order Processing
- Order processing typically takes approximately 1 – 2 business days, provided the merchandise is in stock and address verification and payment processes are completed successfully.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays; however, certain shipping services may allow weekend deliveries.
- We will promptly notify you via email if there are any exceptions to processing or shipping times.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information, enabling you to monitor your delivery status.
International Shipping
- International shipment costs are determined based on the size of your order and its destination.
- All international orders are processed within 1 – 20 business days.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in delays, additional charges, or the package returned to us.
