  1. Payment Instructions: When selecting Online Payment / Direct Bank Transfer during checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with payment instructions for confirmation. Please ensure to follow the instructions accurately to facilitate the payment process.
  2. Payments are considered final and are not contingent on customs clearance or buyer’s ability to receive the shipment.
  3. Order Verification: For security reasons, we may conduct verification checks on orders paid via Direct Bank Transfer. In some cases, we may request additional information to ensure the legitimacy of the transaction and prevent fraudulent activities.
  4. Payment Deadline: Upon placing your order, you have a 15 days time frame to complete the payment. Please ensure the payment is made within this period to secure your order. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your order.
  5. Order Processing: Your order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed and received in our bank account. This process may take a few business days, depending on your bank and the payment clearing time.
  6. Payment Currency: Payments for Direct Bank Transfer orders must be made in the currency specified during checkout. Any currency conversion fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  7. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import permits, and clearance requirements. Failure to clear customs does not entitle the customer to a refund.
  8. Refunds are only issued for defective products or incorrect shipments delivered due to seller error. All other cases, including customs-related delays or refusals, are excluded.
  9. Partial Payments: Unfortunately, we do not accept partial payments for orders made through Direct Bank Transfer. The total order amount must be transferred in full for successful order processing.
  10. Disputes or chargebacks related to customs clearance, import duties, or delays will not be honored, provided proof of shipment and compliance with the Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions can be shown.
  11. For international shipments, if the order is not cleared by customs within 30 calendar days (or carrier’s holding period, whichever is shorter), the order is considered fulfilled and payment is retained.
  12. Bank Transfer Charges: Please be aware that some banks or financial institutions may charge fees for transferring funds. These charges are not controlled by us, and customers should inquire about such fees with their respective banks.
  13. Order Fulfillment: Our team will initiate order fulfillment once the payment is confirmed. Please note that this process may take additional time for international transfers.
  14. Order Status Updates: You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your order, including payment confirmation and shipment tracking details .
  15. Cancellation Policy: cancellations cannot be accepted once payment is processed or order is shipped.
  16. Certain products may be subject to import regulations or restrictions. Customers are responsible for compliance. Failure to meet regulations does not qualify for a refund.
